Homeless Services Program ~ Coordinated Entry
Homeless Services Program
The Homeless Services Program, located at the Howarth Center, is the Coordinated Entry for Tippecanoe County. The Coordinated Entry provides an assessment and assistance for anyone seeking a solution to their housing crisis.
For individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, a Case Manager will help develop a housing stability plan with action steps towards ending homelessness. The goal of the program is to quickly connect the most appropriate intervention to households that are the most vulnerable.
We offer a variety of supportive services on-site, including: phone/mail services, shower and laundry facilities, day sleep room, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), gas vouchers and bus tokens, and other needed services.
The HSP is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am-6pm; Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-6pm.
